Eventic is a powerful event management and ticketing system like Eventbrite, TicketMaster, Twickets… Built on the robust and secure Symfony framework, Eventic offers event organizers a set of useful features to manage their events, from creating their event page to registering attendees with a fast mobile app.
The administrator is the owner of the platform. He will configure the application and customize the settings according to his needs. He will mainly approve the payment requests received by the organizers.
The organizer has the role that allows him to create events and sell tickets. He will request a payment request to his chosen payment account, which will be approved by the administrator.
The participant is the customer at Eventic. He/she will purchase the tickets online or at a point of sale and present the ticket to attend the event.
Point of Sale accounts are added by organizers and are affected by one or more event dates. They log in with their credentials and sell tickets and receive cash payment.
Scanner accounts are added by organizers and are affected by one or more event dates. They log in with their credentials, either on the Scanner platform or on the Scanner mobile app, and scan tickets that are presented by attendees.
